Blood pressure...requires medication
Today randomly I got my BP checked which turned out to be 160/90 Do I need to get on medication? Regards

Better to monitor a bit more over the next 2 days and be in touch with a physician. meanwhile reduce salt in diet.

Sir if u check at bp at home . Take reading 3 time see what level are coming . If it still showing around 160 /90  or above 140/ 80 but not having any symptoms  u can lower down with short term medication but more focus on lifestyle  and eating habits... also try to reduce weight as u mention 98 kg .
