Bloating problem
Due to my  habits of not eating one meal food or going without one meal a day...now I am facing problem of bloating very much as I am facing problem even in breathing...I have started chewing food well and taking water 1/2 an hour after meal...but bloating in the stomach is there..what I am doing wrong or what can I do next to stop my problem of bloating..plz help me out

Do not miss ur meal anytime.Eat small quantity atleast or drink juice or eat any fruit. Please check the quality of food intaken any soda/ maida/ oilyspicy item please avoid. Drink plenty of water every hour. Buttermilk/ tendercoconut water / jeerawaterwill help. See that u pass ur motions regularly. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits ,raw overnight soskedgreengram . Papaya,greensoup,vegetable soup are healthy. Millets can replace rice,wheat.
