Due to my habits of not eating one meal food or going without one meal a day...now I am facing problem of bloating very much as I am facing problem even in breathing...I have started chewing food well and taking water 1/2 an hour after meal...but bloating in the stomach is there..what I am doing wrong or what can I do next to stop my problem of bloating..plz help me out
