So it is important to tale care of your diet and regimen. Try to follow timings in your routine. Avoid using gadgets during night times. Mean while you can take Gasnul, or Gasex tablet or mahadhanwantaram gulika for 10 days (1 tablet twice daily afterfood) which can help you for digestion and bloating. What foods are you eating What is your height and weight How r your motions This looks more like a food sensitivity issue that needs to be corrected with diet. Follow HAIP DIET which is based on anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda. Also practice rebalancing techniques mentioned in HAIP DIET that will help in reducing stress and anxiety which is one of the major cause of these symptoms.
