How to Prepare Jeera Water
Ingredients: Jeera, Dhaniya, Saunf
Take 50gms jeera(Cumin seeds), 20gms dhaniya(Coriander seeds), 20gms saunf(Fennel seeds), and a pan. Fry all these ingredients in a pan till they turn brownish. Cool them down & grind all in form of powder and store in a glass jar.
How to make Jeera water:
Take 1 tsp of prepared powder. Add 1 liter of water to it. Keep it on boiling until you see bubbles for approximately 10-15mins. Let the water cool down. Filter it.
It is ready to be given to the kid. Try to give the complete 1 liter in a single day.
