Bloating, excessive farts, dull pain
Hi, I have been facing stomach issues for almost 2 years now. It started when I ate outside food and then vomited 3 times. After that gas issues continued. Then for last 1 year I am having dull pain on the left side of chest. When a says nothing to worry and ask me to lose weight ( I am 86 kgs 5.10" height). But I remain bloated most of the time and farting excessively, getting flat stools and anal fissures, difficulty in pooping. Dull pain sensation persists that goes up to left chest, left tongue and left cheek. Please help me to get rid of this problem. Is it possible that H pylori bacteria is still living in my gut?

H. pylori (Helicobacter pylori) is a type of bacteria that can infect the stomach and small intestine. It is a common cause of peptic ulcers and gastritis. If you suspect an H. pylori infection, it's important to consult. Treatment often involves a combination of antibiotics and acid-reducing medications. Always follow your doctor’s advice for proper diagnosis and management of an H. pylori infection.
