Your CT is normal except for small inguinal hernia which is not significant. Meet a gastroenterologist as it can be IBS. As your  symptoms are since long term, better diagnose what it is and get management accordingly.

Normal CT with these symptoms is very typical of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), specifically IBS-D or diarrhea predominant type. The gut is structurally fine but functionally overactive. Stress, certain foods and gut bacteria imbalance all play a role. This is very manageable with the right approach.
Next Steps
Try a low-FODMAP diet for 4 weeks — avoid wheat, onion, garlic, dairy and beans initially. Take probiotics twice daily. Buscopan (hyoscine) helps with cramping. If symptoms are severe or frequent, see a gastroenterologist. Consult me on Practo for a complete IBS management plan.
