Has an black spot inside cheek, it's slightly black no too dark, it's there for a few months. It doesn't grow or change colour . Have an Dental filling that side of mouth. No history of smoking or anything. Photo attached, kind of like the photo . What is it?

Which dental filling did you have ? Amalgam or composite ? Amalgam fillings are not used presently so it mostly isn't due to filling material. It seems to be a case of hyperpigmentation .

Which kind of dental fill do you have amalgam, or composite? Amalgam restoration are not used these days.
