Dear practo user Kindly visit a paediatric dental surgeon and get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for the kid. Simple cleaning will remove the stains Brushing doesn't help. If any cavities are found, get them filled. He is in his mixed dentition stage which is vital for maintaining oral hygiene. Make sure you visit dentist every 6 months Use cheerio gel toothpaste twice daily Teach him proper brushing technique Make it a habit for him to brush before sleep and after waking up Limit sweets
