Benefits ofDrinking Apple cider vinegar
I drink apple cider vinegar with mother vinegar and honey first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Are there any harmful side effects ? If not what are the benefits ? I started drinking it mainly to lose belly fat. But since 2-3 days I am suffering with unpleasant body odour, and vaginal itching n faulty smell in discharge. Could it be because of apple cider vinegar?

Hi U can hv acv  . For belly fat can do yoga It really works. Nop body odour n other problem  my b because  of hormonal  changes  or some other reason.
