Drinking apple cider vinegar with water
Im trying to lose weight. I started today with the 2 measuring tablespoons of apple cider vinegar w/the mother, 1 cup of water, and 1 measuring tablespoons of honey, & squeeze of lemon juice. I only drank this one time today. I was supposed to use 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar w/ one cup of water instead. I read that too much consumption of apple cider vinegar could cause a heart attack. Did I consume too much apple cider vinegar today that can be harmful to my body? Is it okay to start over tomorrow with the recommended dosage of 1 cup of water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar w/ the mother twice a day?

Hello....  In that way even  one should  not drink  water,  too much  of water can cause electrolyte imbalance..  So don't  worry  about it..  They mean if you take anything over in excess that  could  lead to certain condition..one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle  change  . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti...  Avoid  junk food, oily food items..  Exercise  regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least  seven  to eight  hours.
