Becoming weak and lean
SIR/MADAM, from these few years I'm becoming weak and lean even though my diet is good. Consulted general physician and he prescribed some tests such as CBP, crp, vitb12, thyroid,urine.. Etc all are almost normal. I lost 2 kgs of weight within these 3_4 years gap. SO CAN YOU PRESCRIBE ME SOME GOOD DIET... PLZ PRESENT WEIGHT: 53KG PRESENT HEIGHT : 5FT 4 INCH..

2 boiled egg to consume 2 week. Dal with rice , vegetables to eat . Nut , seeds and fruits to have daily . Juices , tea , coffees and milk to drink on daily basis. Exercise regularly to gain some strength.

What is your food consumption pattern, what is your lifestyle  any genetic predispositions of Diabetes from parents
