Feel lazy,weak, headache if I wake early
If I wake early like 5,6,7 o clock I feel lazy,weak, headache,eye strain occurs whole day what should I do to avoid this also from last few years i wanted to sleep at afternoon 3 to 5 o clock i wake up at 9 o clock am sleep afternoon 3 to 5pm sleep at night 12.30am how to avoid weakness if I wake up early and how to avoid excess sleep i mostly eat rice
