Bad Posture
Can bad posture cause balancing issues? I have bad posture but no spine issues. Please respond. One Trigger point on both left and right side of neck are there.

Bad posture can cause muscle spasm,  weakness,  trigger in muscle,  balancing problems etc.. You should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and posture correction.

Bad Posture can Create Balance issue as well as Pain in various Joints in the Body and long term degenerative changes. Tigger points can develop due to wrong muscle action which is the result long term Bad Posture.
