Back pain & Breathing problem
Hi, I have pain in lower back (around the belt place) not severe but sometimes it pains a lot. History : when I was student I used to study always with wrong posture. Now I have a sitting job. Problem : Sometimes it pains a lot and at night when I sleep I feel hard to breathe than usual when laid on my stomach. My neck muscles seems to choke me. Does my body posture and back pain related to breathing problem which I got recently. And does the Intensity increase with time?

Yes, the diaphragm or the main muscle of breathing is attached to lower spine . People with difficulty in breathing have tendency to develop low back aches and vic a versa is true as well. Hence avoid sleeping on stomach, either side is recommended with a pillow between your legs. And do add diaphragmatic breathing exercises to your routine.
