You consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment.
You should do posture correction exercises with proper guidance for atleast one year.
Hi
Since you are 28 years old,the age of bone growth is crossed. If the spine has taken malformation of bones, then the process of reversal of posture is not possible.Small malformations can be handled with Physiotherapy but big malformations need surgeries. However if there is only muscular malalignment, you need to consult a good physio sooner because gradually the malalignment will get fixed. You can consult me personally at my clinic in Pitampura Delhi,or take online consultation as well.
Proper examination will only decide whether the postural changes are static or dynamic.and whether Physiotherapy can help you or not.
Consultation is free of cost at my clinic ,however online you need to pay.
Treatment will be chargeable, but that is your solely decision where to start.but my advice is start earliest.
Regards
Dr Khyati ( Physiotherapist)
