Pain in upper back when i bend downward
It's been long time since there is pain in  my upper back right side also right hand when i bend downwards what should i do about this? And whom should i visit?

Hello, Dr. Dhanashree here, the problem you have is because of upper back muscle tightness and scapular muscle weakness. Its a postural problem. Don't worry will get better with physiotherapy. Please visit ur near by physiotherapist.

Its due to your posture, improper posture leads to pain in neck, upper back and lower back as well. You can visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for a week. The pain will be reduced , later ask for strengthening exercises.

Its due to wrong posture maintained by u,it causes spasm of ur upper trapezius and scapular,para spinal muscles. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrical modalities to reduce spasm and inflammation. After reducing pain maintain proper posture and ergonomics
