You can wear LS belt while travelling, consult in person with the physical therapist and take treatment accordingly, still there is weakness of muwcles of lower back which is might be causing you the pain again.
Hey there! Might be that your muscles and other soft tissues are still not strong enough to compensate for the problem and it might have led to worsening of the condition. Get an mri done and take rest for few days. Follow the treatment protocol like wearing belt for now. If very necessary, please choose some other mode for travel.
Report with latest mri for further advice.
Next Steps
Get MRI done and report.
Health Tips
Avoid bending, motorcycle riding, do hot water fomentation and dfo gel for pain. wear belt.
The report which you had shown was taken 4 yrs back. My recommendation is to take spine MRI again to know, currently how many disc bulge is there?
Then you should take electro therapy treatment in physiotherapy for few sessions based on the severity of your condition.
Then you should continue back stretching and strengthening exercises for atleast 120 days twice a day for best results.
