Hi your problem seems to be due to postural changes as a result of muscle imbalance. The muscles at the front of your chest have gotten tight whereas the muscles of your upper back have become weak. What you would need to do now is stretch the tight muscles and strengthen the weak ones. There are simple exercises that you would need to do that a physiotherapist could teach you. Your condition is most likely correctable and it would be better to treat it now before you start developing back pain.

Ma'am visit nearest physiotherapy centre and ask them to provide exercise for posture correction. Do the exercises as suggested in supervision for 10 days and later repeat it at home for 20-25 days. Slowly your posture becomes normal and there wont be any difficulty in back problems later.
