Good observation done the patient himself, kindly let me know how u observation done through mirror. Ok The clinical condition looks like you have mechanical lower back pain. Kindly try to correct your posture in sitting, standing, and lying. Basically exercise take rest and lying down in floor for 5 minutes flat or static back position will relieve your pain.

Due to prolonged sitting with improper posture leads to changes in vertebra, which causes pain in the lower back and if neglected will radiate to leg. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinoc and take electrotherapy for a week, later you will be suggested with strengthening exercises. Maintain proper posture.

Due to long sitting hours a centralise pressure develops over the lower vertebrae which results in inflammation and muscle stiffness causing lower back pain
