Anxiety and Panic attack
I am getting anxiety and Panic attack. Sometimes I feel very sad and cry and sometimes I overthink and get so scared. I have fear of death. I am a healthy person, but getting scared thinking about death, whenever I hear some bad news about disease or accident or murder I will get so scared and I can't control overthinking. Please advise

It definitely is anxiety and moreover health anxiety where even a small symptom is visualised in a big way in your mind, it will get over it can get better, but you have to take necessary counselling and therapy for the same. And if required even medication, give therapy you can contact me for that and trust me. Anxiety gets better. Nobody is dying. Nobody is hurting nothing will happen. The way our Emotions and Health is connected is difficult to explain in E-communication. However the attempt is to share you that you need a face to face discussion on the following: Women body goes through multiple changes from Childhood to menses to teens to adulthood to Marriage and then Kids etc.. It is documented that 7 times of body change only Women can endure hence Women have 9 channels compared to 7 Channels in Men and hence Women are special and need to be understood differently. Jokingly it is mentioned English word of Men is derived from WO-men as he is also creation from her. Overthinking is what is causing anxiety and panic attacks. Illness may occur to anyone at anytime it is inevitable. Try to face it and accept other's illnesses. If you can't face it then avoid triggers where you hear the bad news.
