Anaemic issue
I feel tired after getting proper sleep of 7-8 hours. Sometimes I feel extreme dizziness even when I sit or lie on bed. My hand and leg muscle are so weak.my face have pale all the time. Is it symptoms of anaemia or something else. Can it be treated only  by dietary changes or some kind of treatment needed for this.

Symptoms suggest Anemia( iron deficiency, vit B12 deficiency, vit D deficiency, Thyroid deficiency) so plz check your CBC profile, Thyroid profile( TSH, T3, T4)

For weakness you avoid junk food, drink plenty of water, take plenty of fruits and vegetables. You can also take one egg/ day

CBC , CRP Assessment of vitamin d 3 b12 T3T4Tsh advisable. Healthy diet. Till then you can try Cipla la 20 one after breakfast for seven days.

Your symptoms indicates that you are having either Iron deficiency,vit B12deficiency or Vitamin D deficiency.Some blood investigation like CBC, Thyroid profile, Serum bilirubin,s.B12,  S calsium and vitamin D is needed.
