Not getting proper sleep
I am having sleep problem from last one month .I m not getting proper sleep . Several times I wake up at night with dry mouth and my brain remains active during sleep . Something continuously going on in mind during sleep also . Reason for this and what to do

It might be anxiety related / work /maritial status.  Many causes are there.  I need little more history then can help u easily  , consult if interested.  Start exercising or mixing up with friends , go for a short trip.  Avoid stress or anxiety if it is present.  Start exercise if POSSIBLE.  Consult if want to know more. It might be stress related . • stay hydrated, Drink plenty of water. • Reduce screen time before bed • Avoid beverage like tea, coffee,drinks, chocolates etc before bed . Try meditation and yoga. Take early dinner. Try to stop working 2-3 hours before bed time. Inform sos if required or talk to psychiatrist about stress management .
