Whole eggs or white?

Hello, Is it healthy for a borderline obese person to eat 2 whole egg omelettes and 2 chappatis for dinner. Will this assist in weightloss with normal exercise. Or should i avoid the yolk?

It's not recommended to take more than 2 eggs a day. If you want can take 3 eggwhites but more protein can tax your kidney & liver, it's advisable to take sufficient water & fibres to recover faster. Hi The yolk also have health benefits so you can eat whole egg omelette but don't take yolk daily - take twice a thrice a week. I can't say that the whole egg omelette and 2 chapati will help you in weight loss or not as it's all the distribution of calories whole day during weight loss journey. It is better to eat eggs in the morning for proper digestion.Instead of using whole eggs Use egg white for making omlettes.Use half spoon of oil.You can start your dinner with a bowl of vegetable soup plus 2 chappathis and one bowl of any easily digestible pulses.You can have egg yolks 2 days in a week.
