Hi, thanks for reaching out. What you’re describing sounds like your mind and body are running on survival mode. Irregular sleep can worsen fatigue and mood, but loss of interest and just “getting through the day” can also point towards depression or burnout.
For now, don’t force productivity. Start with one fixed wake-up time daily, even if sleep was late. We can work on the rest gradually.
