Take 1 paracetamol 650mg twice a day and 1 multivitamin tab once a day . Stay hydrated If fever continues for more than 3days, get yourself a CBC blood test done. Take rest for 2-3days if possible,you will recover fast.

Get a complete blood picture and malaria antigen test done, share results. . Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days. Tab monteleukast  10mg one e daily. Chericof cough syrup 5ml every 8hours for 5 days. Do hot saline gargles and drink warm fluids.
