As I am thinking about to start taking flax seeds and pumpkin seeds on daily basis,how should i take it,roasted or unroasted? Also should i take it on daily basis or on alternate days? Thank you.

You can take these seeds on daily basis 1 or.2 table spoon each in the evening .
How ever you like you can have it..

U can take pumpkin or flax seeds daily basis as roasted form .flax seeds should take roasted powdered form .
