Adding flax seed,pumpkin seed in routine
As I am thinking about to start taking flax seeds and pumpkin seeds on daily basis,how should i take it,roasted or unroasted? Also should i take it on daily basis or on alternate days? Thank you.

Hi You can take these seeds on daily basis 1 or.2 table spoon each in the evening . How ever you like you can have it.. Its very nutritious and healthy .

U can take pumpkin or flax seeds daily basis as roasted form .flax seeds should take roasted powdered form . Flax seeds early morning with lukewarm water ,and pumpkin seeds can take evening time . U can connect me for any queries .

All types of seeds are loaded with micro and macro nutrients especiallyminerals. They should be regularly consumed in the diet. Make sure you chew them well, they are fresh and avoid eating them along with tea or coffee for best utilisation of its nutrients.

Hello U should take seeds soaked overnight, so that anti nutrients in seeds are removed which are known as phytates. One can take 1 tablespoon daily

Hi, Vegetable seeds and oilseeds are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acid which is an essential fat good for the organs and immunity. 1-2 tablespoon of these seeds can be taken daily. Omega-3 fats are heat sensitive thus unroasted seeds are a good bet.
