About Fat Malabsorption
From last four- five days days i am suffering from fat malabsorption. My symptoms are sticky & greasy stools and gas. My bowel movement is happening on alternative days from five- four days , before it was regular. As it is early stage, what are the home remedies will work on it? What are the food items i should avoid?

correcting your diet will help, its happening because food is not getting digested ,take small meals, and light food

Do’s 1) Wheat :- Oats Atta, wheat Atta + ragi 2) Vegetables :- All Green vegetables, Tori , ghiya, tinda, pumpkin, etc 3) Fruits:- Pomegranate, papaya, watermelon, muskmelon, plum, apple, bananas, pineapple. 4) Milk & milk products:- skim milk , curd, buttermilk - low fat ( add black pepper, jeera powder) 5) Dals- Moong and masoor in afternoon 6) Dry fruits- Almond,figs, walnuts- soaked over night 7) Masala oats, poha, vermicelli , quinoa with vegetables 8) Coconut water, lemon water 9) Salads- Twice daily- steamed ( no tomatoes) 10) Makhanas - 1 fist roasted 11) Oils- Mustard oil / olive oil/ cow’s desi ghee 12) Seeds- Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds- soaked over night (1tsp) 13) Egg whites-2 eggs ( omelette with egg whites) Don’t 1) Maida product:- Breads, pasta, samosa, namkeen, meethi, rolls, patties. 2) Oil:- Refined and Dalda oil 3) Spicy food- Avoid red chilli powder 4) Rajma, chole, urad dal 5) Processed and packed foods 6) Coffee, cold drinks 7) Alcohol / smoking,happy to resolve your query abstract Ayurveda
