You can take fruits in breakfast. But only fruits are not a full breakfast.breakfast is very important to give you energy whole.day So it should be nutritious with all the nutrients like carbs,  protein 0fats,  vitamins and minerals. For customised diet plan consult me through practo.

Breakfast should be full fill almost all nutrients but in fruits not protein and fat so we have to add any cereals or pulses based meal for complete breakfast. Fruits is not bad in breakfast but only fruits is not good.

It is totally safe but you should take something that contains protein like breakfast made up of cereals and veggies is ideal. Taking fruits daily in breakfast won't help you in daily protein requirement.

Hi Yes It is fine to eat fruits in breakfast some time. But u should not make it a everyday habit. As variety in the breakfast is required to provide u all the nutrients in the body. Your breakfast should be a high fiber and high protein meal.
