For losing belly fat in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi If your anxiety issues have come down completely you may now stop taking anti-depressants as they may have / contain known or unknown side effects...so take proper advise from doctor and ask opinion before stopping the anti depressant tablets.. Try/ start doing some exercise that particularly focus on belly fat and its surrounding fat especially... Well balanced diet, small portioned meals with meal gaps of 2 or 3 hours for boosting metabolism and staying active all along and high fibre diet, reduce or cut down sugar completely and try having jaggery in the place of sugar in minimal amounts.. Being physically active throughout the day, doing yoga or power yoga, Surya namaskar, aerobics, brisk walking and all types of exercises and bodily movements both morning and exercises, good sleep, enough water intake around 2 to 3 litres per day, high dietary fibre, home made foods, low GI based complex carbohydrates, moderate protein, low fat and dairy et are all recommended. Thankyou
Next Steps
Please consult doctor before taking any medicines or supplements..or even for stopping any medications..and not to take or leave anything in your own...under doctors guidance and supervision it's always safe and recommended to do anything ...
Health Tips
Lukewarm lemon water around 250 ml on empty stomach upon rising without sugar or honey to be taken once in every two or three days is advised followed by a 45 mins brisk walk and green tea / black coffee / black tea all can be taken consecutively in moderation , occassionally but not often or not daily.. High fibre diet, exposure to sunlight...etc are essential too..
