Abdominal Fat Accumulation
Hello Doctor, Past couple of years I started gaining belly fat and along with this my right abdomen is gaining fat and now looks like a sack. Their is no pain but I'm worried. I do smoke 2 cigarettes a day. I'm worried as when I consulted doctor they said I need to get it removed my operation. Please suggest me other alternative habits or exercises or medication apart from operation. I don't want to cut my body. I'm worried. I do eat a lot. I'm normal in size. Only my belly appears like a balloon. I have attached my test reports.

You r try healthy eating habits along with exercise for a month or two. Then even after that it is not getting reduced... You can think of wat doc is suggesting u. Till that try exercise and eating healthy foods

Hello! The main cause of you belly fat seems unhealthy food and over eating. Hit the gym for a month ,and replace your diet with high protein diet, and fruits and salad.

Fat reduction is a natural process. You should start with a natural process that will be good. One can reduce weight/ belly fat with natural process. You can start with mild walk/ belly exercise during the day for 40 minutes. Add fibre & protein rich meal meal in your diet. You can also go for constitution ( vata/pit/kapha). On that basis we can figure out what is the heat level of the body. As excessive heat leads to fat gain and belly gain.

Hi, For one month start a healthy lifestyle and strict diet,  do detox first  then diet. Do exercise especially kapal bhati and anmol vilom(  for30min)   and walking . Stop processed ,  packed  and industrial food. Eat only when feel hungry.

Hi start to follow proper balanced diet !avoid fatty foods,junks foods!start your exercises!follow for 2months!still you are not satisfied,do as per your doctor advice

Gud evening pls share in detail your food habits from breakfast till dinner, r u exercising for 30mins minimum r u sleeping early or late night, if there is high levels of stress then it causes belly fat, unhealthy lifestyle should be changed along with quitting smoking.
