Abdominal fat

I am thin and I eat at 3 -4 times a day and I sleep at least 8 -9 hrs a day but at my younger age I have abdominal fat and I don't do any physical activity what should I do get rid of this fat?

Start by exercising. Go for a walk. 30 minutes to start with. Drink green tea with lime squeezed in it 2 times everyday, before 5 pm. Eat 2-3 fruits a day. This will start helping.

Hello there, i can understand your concern you know the perfect solution for your query and that is " DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY " . Have high protein diet and drink lots of water instead of three four meals have five smaller meals at regular intervals .Do not sleep immediately after having your food .
