Higher protein amount mostly not create constipation, my be less water and less fruits or less fiber juice or food r the cases. So no worry, maintain water and fibers intake and if really required 6 egg protein than u can consume. From 6 egg u will get almost 25 gm protein..so just calculate full day protein requirement, and according to your dietician/gym trainer u can eat.
