During my pregnancy, her step‑by‑step guidance was invaluable. She explained every stage clearly, never rushed, and always encouraged me to stay positive. What I appreciated most was her strong emphasis on normal delivery. Even during delivery, when the baby’s heart rate started reducing and the situation became very critical, she managed it with ***** skill. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to have a normal delivery, which was very important to me.

Her care did not stop at delivery. The post‑delivery treatment and follow‑up were equally excellent. She replies to my messages at any time, which shows her dedication to her patients. Whenever we visit the hospital for our baby’s pediatric check‑ups, she takes time to talk to us and even cuddles the baby with affection. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ritu for our maternity consultations and child delivery. She's a very experienced and thoroughly professional doctor. All her advises are important and helps you deliver a healthy baby. She doesn't prescribe anything which is not required. Her friendly attitude helped us a lot and reduced our anxiety as we were new parents. She was constantly monitoring the patient and guided her throughout the labour period. She kept encouraging the mother when she was in pain or felt low and anxious. I visited Apollo Cradle on the very first day I got a positive pregnancy test, simply because it was close to my home.
