We visited Dr Anil Patil for treatment of my Mother-in-law's Knee issue.

Dr. Anil as a Consultant: Dr Anil was very quick to check and get the basic tests done and advise the treatment required and treatment plan.

His swiftness to assess the issue and give confidence the patient and their family of the treatment required and how it benefits etc is really good.

Dr Anil makes sure that he explains the situation in a way that even a layman can understand. This really helps the patient and their family to ask more questions and understand better. This environment for open discussion eases a lot of inhibitions.

Dr. Anil as a Surgeon: I must say he is gifted with good hands that do wonders . My mother-in Law's bilateral TKR is a testimony of this. she could not thanks Dr. Anil enough for making her quality of life better where she had lost all hopes. We are happy that we choose Dr Anil as our health care provider.

Sparsh Hospital: Dr Anil asked us to get admitted at Sparh Hospital at Yashwanhpur and gave a contact of Sheethal for completing the insurance pre-auth formalities. Sheethal got this authorization very quickly and advised us the date of admission. on the day of admission, I was very scared as I saw a room full of customers discussing various issue at the billing department. I thought, I will have to go through this ordeal to have my bills settled even though I had complete per-authorization from my insurer.

This is where Sheethal come in and helps me right with the admission process to discharge. I am glad that I had Sheethal by my side who took utmost care of the queries, issues/ concerns that we had. Her calm approach makes it very pleasant experience at the hospital and my initial impressions were totally ironed out.

I recently had the most wonderful experience at Sparsh Hospital Yeshwantpur during the delivery of my first child Baby Boy,

Dr.Shweta Gupta, my gynaecologist, deserves special recognition for her expertise, kindness, and professionalism. Though I had a Normal delivery but it was a very tough process by the end because of long 12hrs labour pain but Dr.Shwetha mam was very supportive and expertise and delivered my baby safely in most challenging situation that was very emotional moment for me.She waited till my cervix get open for delivery process. She is too friendly and have lot of patience and passion towards her work I feel.

I still remember as I wanted to change my hospital and doctor due to some reason in my 8th month so I Googled the review and tout to take consultation with Shwetha mam at sparsh hospital...Even I always wanted normal delivery as all women so I read all the stories written for Shwetha mam by every patient as how well she will be supportive and explain the process for normal delivery as well c sec. ******* *** ** *** **** ******** * **** ** **** ** ******* **** I cannot express enough appreciation for the exceptional care and support I received from the entire team at Sparsh . I took the best decision by choosing this Hospital and my doctor Shwetha mam, every staff member made me feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of.

This hospital and the doctor's management team needs real training. They need to start taking limited appointments per day and not inflict suffering to people as they have to wait for more than 8 hours! Yes, if you go in the morning 9.30 a.m you get to visit the doctor at 4.30 p.m! Just imagine the plight of pregnant ladies who have to wait in the dingy basement without fresh air and food! I will never refer this doctor to anyone! Save yourself from the waiting time misery!

I went 2 days( with appoinment) and was promised by his assistants that I may have to wait for 2 hrs, but my turn never came. Our case - we were referred to this doctor by a reputed clinic as there was a slight probability of anomaly in our baby. He did another repeat scan ************* and all the parameters which were at risk came out amplified. ******* ******** ** * ****** he claimed with high confidence that the baby is abnormal and as a first choice we should terminate it, or else go for expensive *** *********** procedures (amniocenteses) to confirm the case. He suggested that the NIPT results might not be very accurate.

We were actually baffled. I visited Sparsh hospital, for immediate critical care for my 8 year old son who had complaints of fever followed by tiredness, headache and eye lids pain & loss of appetite. With no delay, Dr Anil examined the child , listened to the problem and narrowed down the issue.

My son was in the febrile stage of Dengue, He insisted on immediate IV and blood work to prevent further Dehydration & determine the actual cause. He very neatly explained the stages of Dengue & the need for constant observation to further avoid major impacts & necessary treatments.

My son was hospitalized for 5 days, his constant observation, detailed explanation, motivational words helped us a lot to get rid of the unknown fear & timely medication helped my child recover within 6 days.

I strongly recommend Dr Anil.More than the treatment his kind nature motivates and gives a complete confidence & helps in speedy recovery.

Dr. Padmalatha is very caring and friendly. She gives a huge mental support and just free us from all our worries and tensions. She educates patients to avoid the disease and eliminates the problems by attacking on root cause. She prescribes for only those tests which are relevant to the patient and avoid such treatment which has its side effects. She always treat patient like her own family member and advice the best treatment which cures the disease and heals the patient rapidly. She also gives awareness on several diseases, and precautionary methods to avoid. She explains very nicely the functions of the organs and pros and cons of dysfunction. Yes , Dr. Sathish friendly approach...and explain the problem and give the solutions....now i feel better....pathlab staff unnecessary argue with me...I never get my operation CD...i ask the CD... even Mr. Dr.sathish also told him.,but he never listen it...we already given , already given like that argue.... Lastly he given.... suppose CD given is regular prossess ? But when I discharged me....no body not given CD.

This is not complaint...just inform....some staff are not service minded.hindi speaking students are not polait approach... Overall I given to hospital 80markes out of 100...thank you.

My father had cancer problem, so took him to hospital. ****** *** ***** ** ** *** ** *** **** ******* He was humble and polite and treated well. He explained well. My dad was admitted because of chest pain and we admitted him. He was having a partial kidney issue. Doctor was good in taking care of patient. Waiting time was not there.
