Major mistakes that has happened:
1.Even before surgery Pavithra mam asked me if am a lactating mother. I said No but she missed to prescribe me antibiotics post surgery. When this came into Parameshwar sir's Notice she told like "I didn't prescribe her antibiotics since she was a lactating mother" If at all I got infected means who would have suffered!? For proof, I can even show the post surgery prescription sheet.
2. In the YouTube videos, Parameshwar sir used to say he will do surgery only if it is absolutely needed but he did surgery for grade 2 internal hemmoroids *** ***** ******* ** *** **********
3. The ** ****** **** colorectal surgeon promised me ** *** that i will be completely free from fissure in 2 to 6 weeks. Now it's been 2.5 month since operation and am still in so much pain. When I enquired about this to the surgeon he is telling me to do pelvic floor physiotherapy as I have pelvic floor dysfunction. For the past couple of years I was suffering from piles and finally I decided to get rid of this problem. Searched the web and found Smiles hospital (Dr. Parameshwara C M).
I had a pleasant experience as I am a bit nervous about the surgery. Doctor examined through a video rectoscope and clearly explained what causes piles and what stage of piles I am into and suggested I go for laser surgery.
After talking to the doctor I felt so much relief and decided to go for laser surgery. Next day morning I got admitted and by evening I got discharged after surgery. The entire treatment process went smoothly and I am happy with the outcome.
I had one of those rare moments where I walked away with 100% satisfaction and I would highly recommend Dr Parameshwara for piles surgery.

I heard about this doctor from my friend at Malda, West Bengal and decided to consult him at Bangalore. Doctor is very friendly and will make you clear the problem in simple language. You will be happy just after talking to him. Within very short time he has dome my operations and then explained what will happen in next two months. The hospital is private but first time I have seen who did operation in total free of cost for very very poor patient from very remote villages. Most of health insurance are accepted by the Hospital and my NivaBupa was cashless within 15 minutes. More than 3 months after my operation I am doing great. I am happy with doctor, nurse, officials and entire SMILES Institute of Gastroenterology hospital at Bangalore.

I felt I was lucky to choose smiles for the piles treatment. My wife was severely suffering from it and we visited one day morning after taking appointment with Dr Prameshwar. He was really very friendly and explained things in detail and advised to go for operation as it was already in final stage and he promised my wife can become normal in very next day.
And we agreed for the surgery and all went fine.
My wife was normal in next day as doctor said, but there were bit pain for week while going for toliet. But after couple of week , she completely all right and she feels very comfortable now.
Thanks to Dr Prameshwar and SMILES for your good service.
Regards,
Madeswaran
