The operation was called Cardiomyotomy for achalasia of the cardia.The operation was done well and my dad was finally able to eat and drink once again. My treatment experience was very nice. Dr Nimisha was always there on whatsapp to support and answer all my queries before and after the operation. She helped me choose a hospital according to my budget. She also was empathetic to the mental condition of my dad and made sure that my dad was comfortable by talking to his psychiatrist. She also regularly follows up to check about his health.

Dr. Rinal is very professional and very friendly at the same time. The clinic was constantly in touch with me before the appointment for confirmations and after the appointment for follow up checks. I also got pdfs on whatsap with detailed guidelines for what to do and what not to.
The procedure was absolutely smooth and the best part about Dr. Rinal is her constant update on what she is doing, what kind of feeling is expected, how much time it will take, explaining what was causing the problem etc during the procedure. This helps is keeping calm and knowing what exactly is going on. I would totally recommend anyone who is experiencing dental issues to visit Dr. Rinal and assure them that they will be thoroughly satisfied. Her clinic is also very well equipped.

Admission Process:
- To admit a patient, one should get an admission note from the doctor and need to give it to the admission counter.
- The patient will be sent to the insurance desk if the patient is insured.
- To save all the medical records of the patient by the hospital for future reference, a Unique Identification Number [UID] will be generated.
Discharge Process:
- IP co-ordinators of the respective wards will handle the discharge process.
- The unused medicines will be returned, and a discharge summary will be prepared by the concerned department.
- If any discharge medicines or medical devices are prescribed, then the doctor will explain how to use them.
- Finally, the bill will be handed over to either patient or caretaker.
