I initially visited Gujarati Seva Samaj(Mandal) in Borivali West where she happens to come on Wednesdays. I had been suffering for prolonged bleeding from nose, I had to visit GSS(M) for 3 straight weeks without any substantial relief. Post that the Dr. Geeta asked me to come to her clinic as she would need to perform a Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy(DNE) so as to figure out whats the issue. On visiting her clinic I was asked to undergo Cauterization surgery using AgNO3 sticks, I agreed as I trusted her and my problem had been persistent. My DNE experience is something I deeply regret, the staff at her clinic are absolutely untrained and clueless as they stuffed my nose with cotton which didn't have sufficient anaesthesia. The endoscope hurted throughout and the AgNO3 sticks were stingy but that is a part of the treatment. Dr. Geeta's unprofessionalism *** ********** ******* *** ***** she wasn't even considerate even to prescribe a painkiller before bed or even explain my father what had been going with the treatment and what the problem truly was. I have had the most terrible sleepless night with nerve wrecking headache and pain. I had a Industrial visit the next day which I obviously couldn't go for!
