What an amazing, empathetic, conscientious, proactive and patient physician. Not only does he come across as a doctor who truly cares for his patients but also makes sure he keeps the immediate family care-givers well informed for a shared ecision making. Dr. Jayashankar took great care towards assessing the clinical condition of my 82 year old father and since I was out of town, ensured that I am kept informed every step of the way to alleviate my anxieties. Both my parents and me felt actively listened to with enough time provided for questions for a great patient and family experience. Doctor is articulate, very knowledgable, confidently humble and went a long way to make all of us feel cared for. I am very grateful to have found him.

Everything has been clearly explained to you for over 20 minutes including occurrence of symptoms, all previous reports seen, examination completely including ENT and vestibular system. Diagnosis with treatment and what to do in emergency also explained. Very unfair comment and can’t help if you still feel as above.
