Vejal is the sweetest person, not just a therapist, that I have consulted (Yes, not the first or only one) . She listens to you keenly, sure, but unlike my previous experience, shares her point of view on insistence, her experiences, and possibilities. I got someone I can speak to anything about in confidence of confidentiality, spoke on varied lengths of topics and even had lighter moments with her. Slowly started to realise, I don't feel lonely as much, don't feel unheard anymore, don't feel the odd one out to feel odd one out (yeah, deep!). She literally encouraged me to move out and make friends, stop overthinking, and more importantly, stop bothering about what others would think! And I didn't even know I needed that!

There is no end to how many things she guided me, corrected me. Yes, you have to agree first that the world is not wrong but we may be too, in understanding and our reactions, and if we can get to that, Vejal will sail the rest through for you!

Her smile will disarm you, her warmth will shed you inhibitions, and her words will give you the direction that you may need, not what you may be looking for!

And yes, I took a week almost to stop and write this, and yes, you might feel this is a paid review since it all ga ga about her, but as in her words, can't control how the world reacts to you, let you heart out and the right energy will reach to where it is intended to!

- From a lost soul who found sense in a new place like Mumbai!

I consulted Dr. Vijal in the last week of May after struggling with anxiety and depression for a long time. After the first session of just collecting information about me, she began the intervention and to my absolute surprise she found out some very deep rooted issues that I was neither thinking about nor thought them to be related to the problems I was facing. My initial reaction was denial but I pushed myself to honestly accept them and work on resolving them. She then guided me through, step by step, one issue at a time and helped me reach a point where I could objectively look at myself, identify the causes of my problems that basically were just thoughts that had buried their roots into my personality causing a multitude of triggers resulting in stress and anxiety. As soon as I worked on those couple of points, I regained control over my thought process and in a matter of four weeks, I started to feel optimistic, relaxed and confident. She helped me regain trust in myself and greatly helped me understand my parents while at the same time gave me the will and confidence to stand up for myself where necessary without guilt or emotional pressure which in a way saved my relationship with them. I am very glad I reached out to her. She is very pleasant with a very transparent and effective approach that is a perfect mix of friendly to make you feel comfortable to open up yet firm to make you work on yourself without any lag.

Certain experiences are difficult to put in words. I'm coming from a place where I was prescribed antidepressants by two doctors and was told that I really need them and will deteriorate without them. I wasn't gonna give in without a fight that's when turned to practo and found Vijal. Her words stirred something in me right from the first session. She gives a safe and non judgmental space to open up. Her responses are straightforward but clear, the kind of clarity my foggy mind needed the most. And most essentially she starts giving you tools that empower you right from the beginning, and that's why I came to her in first place. She has a sharp judgement of what will overwhelm you instead of empowering, and give you only what you can conquer during that stage. Taking one step a time, she'll guide you through your journey. Don't expect an overnight miracle bcoz that's not how therapy works, be prepared to put in your effort, there will be pain before you see light, there will be days when nothing seems to help you in your misery but if you persist the outcome is equally sweet and liberating. For me, Vijal was universe sent, I'll be always grateful for her guidance and methods. She helped me find my will and power 🙏 Can't recommend her enough.

I received treatment from Dr. Vijal, who was exceptionally warm, consoling and kind towards my issues and the problems that I dealt with. She treated me with empathy and respect which made me want to continue our sessions even more. Thanks to her for her valuable time and personal insights.
