I'm grateful for Dr Ankita Mishra for her exception ongoing help. I am going through tough time with PTSD and anxiety disorder. I have health anxiety after my encounter with Heart problem and surgery. I reached Doc online through Practo and since then being consulting her. Ankita is exceptionally helpful from the very beginning.

2 months since consulting Ankita, my anxiety is getting better and I see difference in myself and I started responding than reacting and I am gaining confidence.

I think I will slowly get there and get back to my normal self.

Initially like most Indians I was a little sceptical visiting a shrink. It was really easy to open up and explain her my issue. During the sessions, she was very patient and she really tried to understand the situation before making any suggestions or observations. She guided me in understanding flaws in my thinking which I was totally unaware of and it helped me look at the situations with a different angle altogether.
