I was detected with Covid in March. I was 7 months pregnant then and could not take allopathic medicines. My symptoms were head ache, extreme body ache, dry cough and weakness. My husband immediately contacted Swarali Mam and she prescribed certain ayurvedic medicines. Since I was pregnant she could not give me strong doses. However, they worked like magic for me as my headache subsided and was at very low intensity for two days. My body ache took a few days to go but was manageable because of the meds. I took only two Dolo 650s in a span of four days along with ayurvedic supplements. My cough was persistant for a week but saw a downward curve everyday. Swarali mam also advised to not consume any fruits except Pomegranate which really helped the cough to be in check. She would follow up with my husband everyday and dunzo the medicines as and when my symptoms would change. I was advised to take Ecosprin (which is a blood thinner) by my gynacologist as my D Dimer test was abnormally high. Swarali mam advised against it and gave me kadha instead. Within 10 days I fully recovered from all symptoms of Covid 19 and on the 17th day was in Himachal Pradesh hiking. This reinstated my belief in Ayurveda and its healing. I would highly recommend Covid positive patients to try ayurvedic measures to fight the virus. Swarali mams guidance and diagnosis is spot on and has helped me throughout my pregnancy.

I visited Dr, Shendye's clinic in Oct 2017. I had acidity issues which leads to breathing problems like asthama. Everyday morning, I used to vomit while brushing and this excess stress of vomits leads to breathing issues. After brushing, I had to use inhaler to bring back my breathe without fail.

This issue was discussed with other medical practitioners like MBBS, MDs etc. Everybody suggested me to use inhaler to get relief.

But Dr. Shendye advised me to go for "वमन" as a treatment. He asked to come in march end or april starting week as this period is suitable for it to get 100% results. It was a 15 days affair. I followed every smallest thing which he suggested during the treatment. On the 10 th day "वमन" was done and it was very very successful. Literally, from the nexus day, my morning vomits stops and no breathing issues at all. This is 15 th may today. I did वमन on 28 th april. For last 17 days, I have not used Inhaler for a single time means I was not forced to use.

During treatment period from my first day meeting, Dr. Shendye explained every smallest thing in detailed. Like whats the issue, whats the cause, why this treatment, what ll b the effects. He also has suggested few day today life things regarding food intake to avoid such illness in the future.

I am also looking forward to carry out remaining पंचकर्म treatment to flush out impurities from my body at Dr. Shendye's clinic.

I have been taking consultations here for about three months now. **** ************* *** ***** ******** Recently did one of the panchakarma procedures 'Vaman' here.
