I got to know about Hetal from one of my friend and then meeting her was the wisest decision I made.
When I met her , I was underweight and very pale, facing severe lack of energy, weakness, and no desire to focus on my health and eating.

It's never easy to start a huge journey but it's always the first step. I started at 88 kgs and after A year and 7 months I achieved my goal of happily being 64kgs.
I was a chubby baby since childhood and it never came between me and my confidence or self love. Even when people kept telling me to do certain things to lose weight, I was doing all that, just to prevent my family from any kind of embarrassment. Still I had accepted my body and I was happy with it.
Things took a drastic change when I gained huge weight during and post pregnancy. Clothes didn't fit, I had to buy one size bigger than my actual size to prevent any disappointment, taking only half pics or selfies and so on. But then came major health issues and before I could understand or do anything about it, I was a mom who couldn't walk or stand or play any standing games with her baby. My kid accepted that Mommy can't walk, her leg hurts while she does. And that used to break my heart.
Finally one day I stopped pitying myself and decided to get better for my little boy and hubby, who BTW is very supportive and loved me irrespective of my weight(high or low).
I met dt. Hetal on 15th Aug’22 and that was the start of me being independent of all the things that were dragging me down. She gave me the confidence that I can do it and the right guidance to actually lose weight the correct way.
For a person who plans her day around her meals, this journey wasn't easy for me. But my kid and hubby are always boosting my will and Hetal mam always supported me with the right options and proper guidance. She doesn't know how many times she used exact words that prevented me from giving up and helped me with my stress and anxiety.
After losing my first 7 kgs I was able to walk and play with my kid and that gave me more confidence to go ahead.
I did lose huge weight on and off before this, with crash diet, but my skin and hair paid the price for it and it always bounced back with a bam.
With Hetal mam, it was different, I wasn't starving myself, she gave me better and alternate food options for my craving and based on my body's needs.
The same people who made fun of my weight, now compliment me. It's a bonus, but the real achievement is that along with me, my little kid understands the importance of eating right, knows my diet and even reminds me what to eat as per my diet chart( in case I forget). He also tries to avoid or limit unhealthy along with me and hubby, which encourages me more. He tells me that maida is bad and should be eaten less, fruits should be part of our everyday diet and even reminds me to eat dryfruits daily.
This journey hasn't just changed me but it changed my kid n my husband too. It made me a role model for my kid to understand how disciplined n dedicated one should be towards their health and body, and most importantly "love yourself".
From giving away my favorite clothes because they didn't fit me anymore to "Happily" giving away my favorite clothes now for the same reason everything changed ☺.
Eating healthy is hard when junk food is easily available at every corner and even a reasonable choice on your pocket, but eating healthy is totally worth it. Being on healthy options is better than being on medicines.
Following a healthy life is of course seems costly but the real cost is paid by our body when you keep munching on unhealthy options all around you. And we save money from no/less hospital trips and those meds. That's my take.
To do this in the long term , you need to understand your body's requirements and Hetal mam helped me with this along with teaching me how to manage my stress and anxiety.

Hi,
I wanted to share with you the positive results I have received with guidance of Dr Hetal Dharod, at Being Healthy. I have PCOD since last 6-7 yrs and have been gaining weight since then. I am 27 yrs old and was weighing around 68kg. In Feb'2024, I consulted Dr Hetal for weight loss and overcome lethargy and weakness.
Its been great journey of getting my clothes one size down. I had never imagined that I would be able to adapt vegetables and few other important things in my daily meals but surprisingly it was not that tough task and I am getting used to having them now.
My energy levels have improved and I actually enjoy exercising or walking, I don’t feel tired all the time as I used to feel earlier.

Throughout my teenage, I had tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed, either because of inconsistencies and insincerity.
But I am glad that I met Hetal last year to guide me for my weight loss and health issues. With her guidance I learnt how to understand my food habits and how my body responds to various factors including the food I was eating and the lifestyle changes that I was taught to make.
Hetal did not put me on a strict diet , but introduced healthier foods into my diet.
She also showed me when and which exercises to include in my routine so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goals.
Through her program I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking about my health in totality.

I engaged the services of Hetal and, unfortunately, my experience has been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. She will give you big claims and take money in advance. *** **** ******** ** *** ** * **** **** ******* *** ******* ********* *** ***** ******* **** *** ****** If you ask her to change the plan, she will deflect it and remove some items from the old plan and give similar plan to you. She will never listen to your concerns and insist on plans that practically doesn’t help. If you complain, her only comeback will be you are not consistent.***** ** *** **** ** * ***** She will take money in advance and only give plans that don’t really work. At the start of the program, she will say that my follow ups and recalls are an extra service, n then if you don’t send her your daily updates she will come to the conclusion that the diet is not being followed. Basically, she is looking out for points, ******* ********** ** *** ****** **** ******** ** *** ***** *** ** ***** ** ******* ********* *** ** ********* ***** hence I recommend potential clients exercise caution before choosing her.

My mom was super concerned about my weight, thus I came to you Hetal Dharod, at Being Healthy. Initially, when I started I felt it pretty tough to put up with the diet since I had to do few changes (I was a big time foodie you know that and used to eat lot of wrong foods).
However, with progressing follow ups and motivation from You, ensuring that I stay positive and determined, I was and I am able to very smoothly follow instructions as guided.
I suppose it was the best decision of my life as I managed to reduce my weight from 98 kg to 78 kg i.e 20 kgs within 10 months.
Happiest feeling is about reducing my clothes size from 5XL to XL to L. I have started fitting into clothes that once felt impossible to fit in.
I remember how you wanted me to shed my laziness, thanks to your scoldings that I now feel healthy and very energised when I wake up and am very active to do lot of my work in a day.

Who would not like to be healthy from body, mind and soul?
I had a great exprience at Being Healthy with Hetal, who guided me not only for my health, but mind and soul too.
She was always available when in doubt - what food to have and what not to have, specially when at a function / restaurants / parties / at work/ travelling.. Gentle but very assertive to help achieve my goal.
Day to day follow ups was the key, as it didn’t allow me to drift away from my target. Being a working mother, challenges are a routine, however Hetal’s constant support and her strong vision for my health helped me to be determined and keep going happily.
Hetal could easily tell me if I have eaten healthy, and how I have been in my bi-monthly meetings...weighing scale was just an evidence..
Hetal helped me navigate through my challenges in my routine, showed direction for balancing when thrown out of routine in diet plans.
Eating and losing weight? Hetal did not believe in losing weight by fasting or straving nor did I. Eating right foods, at the right time in correct proportion with exercise, adequate amount of water intake and deep breathing is the key which I have imbibed from the diet plan that I went through. It also helped me reduce my migraine attacks - intensity and frequency.
