I got fractured my left calcaneus bone fractured on 28 March then visited next day to doctor dhananjay, they checked and recommended x ray after that they made the plaster for a month and informed me instructions for take care of that and after 10 days i visited and they checked and inform me to walk slowly and now finally on 28 April removed the plaster and they informed me to excersise now after 7 days i am walking on my leg slowly and feeling better.
