Goradia Ayurvedic Clinic.

I have been In immense discomfort and excruciating pain for the past 7 years. I had to stop working as I cannot be on the computer for more than 10 minutes as my neck would start to get spasms. I stopped driving cos of limited movement of my hands and neck or the pain would leave me nauseous. Never really could participate in any major physical activity with friends or family. My daughter could never get to see the real active mommy or the person I was before my pain started. All the doctors gave up on me after 7 years of strong meds, shots, physiotherapy. I visited India this time so I could meet a surgeon and put an end to this. I remember telling this very well known spine surgeon that I have had enough of pain and to put me put off my misery for once. I said do the surgery, either I get better or I hit the chair forever but at least I’m not disillusioned that the pain will vary off someday and life will be normal. I haven’t slept a straight 6 hours for years, I have forgotten what pain free living is. Then I was told to meet an Ayurvedic doctor which I almost did not thinking if so much of allopathy could not work what could a traditional method do. SO WRONG, I met Dr Nitin Goradia at his clinic. Thanks to Mumbai traffic got held up and reached an hour late almost but he was kind and understanding and inspite of so many patients found time to sit me down and consult. He challenged me to give him 30 days before going in for a surgery and if I would not feel better I could do whatever I wanted to. 28 days after starting his meds I thank my stars that led me to him. I am so much better, no amount of steroids relieved me of pain like his meds have. I had almost a week now of more than 80 percent less pain. I sleep well, I can go for walks now. I highly recommend this doctor and I highly recommend Ayurved.

*Pregnancy with Uterine Fibroid.*

After 14 yrs of our marriage in December 2019 it came to our knowledge that my wife had coceived second child. But we also come to know that she had 8cm fibroid with 2 months embryo. Doctor immediately suggested us to terminate the baby because as the baby would grow, fibroid grow as well and by the time of delivery fibroid would become 22cm. So, my wife could be at high risk.Then we, went to two more gynaecologists for second opinion, they said the same. But one of them suggested second option that she could deliver child safely by caesarean delivery in one of the reputed private hospital in Mumbai and it would cost 2.5 lacs. And she suggested this because she herself was practising there. By this we can easily make out why she suggested second option. But then,we approached an expert Ayurvedic doctor Mr. Nitin Goradia. We discussed my wife's case and he confidently said that nothing to worry, he suggested some medicines and precautions. When my wife had 4th month all of sudden she got heavy killing pain in her stomach and she was admitted in highly reputed hospital and medical college but even after 4 days of admission she was restless and in painful condition. Again I called doctor Nitin Goradia. He suggested me some medicines and my wife took it secretly. Within a day or two she got relief and in few days she got discharge from hospital. we continued with Dr. Nitin Goradia's medicines for all remaining months and On 17th July 2020 my wife delivered a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Where all the doctors and gynaecologists were suggesting abortion and expensive caesarean delivery Dr. Nitin Goradia came as representative of the lord Dhanvantari and made the child come normally in this world. *Allopathy cannot give results as Ayurved can. Any desease can be cure by Ayurved.

I had visited Dr Goradia for my alopecia areata patches. I had consulted 2 doctors before consulting him and was very concerned because patches were expanding and no treatment helped with it. within one week of starting my treatment with Dr Goradia there was significant improvement in it and over hairfall also reduced. he also started treating my other issues like asthama and constipation. it is been 3 months and my hair regrowth has been remarkable. I visited Dr Goradia following an osteoporosis diagnosis.  I wasn't convinced that "management" (calcium shots) was the only way forward, there needs to be a long term "cure". Dr Goradia went through all my medical reports and explained the root cause of my problem very patiently.*** ** **** ************* *** has a wholistic approach to health.  He  is judicious in prescribing medication /changes in life style, which are practical to incorporate. I had bloating, IBS, and PCOD. I also used to get acne for the last 20 years, and despite all the allopathic treatments, it never stopped.

With the doctor's medicine, my acne has stopped considerably, and my skin started glowing within a few months. Also, now my digestion is better. The bloating had gone. The doctor is strict with his diet regime, and following it helped me a lot to understand which foods aggravated my condition.

His medicines are not very complicated, and they are simple.

*Recurrent dislocation of Shoulder Joint*

I’m so glad that I started ayurvedic treatment with Dr Nitin for my dislocated shoulder, I’ve had multiple dislocations after my injury and I got my shoulder surgically repaired which wasn’t helpful at all as my shoulder got dislocated again, as soon as I started ayurvedic treatment not only my arm got healed but I could make all kind of movements which wasn’t possible after my surgery. Infact I was not very regular in consuming medicines but still could appreciate positive effects whenever I consumed medicine. Hence I would recommend everyone who have the same problem as me to try ayurvedic medicines more than going for surgeries .

I had multiple health issue when I visited I was detected with diabetics , colestrol , liver issues , splin , excessive weight , gases , swelling in my legs and hairfall. I have been taking treatment from him last two years now . I have seen tremendous changes in my body and in my lifestyle . my diabetics and colestrol was cured ..swelling in body disappeared. *C.S.F. ( Cerebro Spinal fluid) discharge from nose due to fracture of base of skull*

I had watery discharge from my right nostril for which I consulted ENT but there was no improvement. Then I consulted a senior spine and neuro surgeon at Mumbai who after detailed examination explained my problem and advised surgery as second option and instead explained limitations of Surgery and advantages of Ayurved treatment from Vaidya (Dr) Nitin D Goradia from Mumbai, after I consulted Vaidya (Dr) Nitin D Goradia, He under guidance of Dr Mehta Neuro Surgeon, started the treatment with initial time frame of 3months.

I had some improvement in 3months but I was not sure about nasal discharge which I getting sometimes was due to sudden change of climate or due to irregularities of diet n lifestyle hence after followup with both allopathy and Ayurvedic doctors, I continued treatment and after 12 months I have almost negligible nasal discharge.

After 12 months of treatment I am very happy that under guidance of both doctors I am saved from surgery, Thanks a lot to ancient wisdom of Ayurveda & Dr Mehta's vision n faith in Ayurved also for his reference to Vaidya (Dr) Nitin D Goradia which helped me to prevent myself from Skull surgery.Im grateful to both my doctors.

Doctor was patient and probed well to remind me what I may have forgotten. His directions were clear and I felt motivated to do the course of medicines.

Just a suggestion, though I know very difficult to follow, he should avoid calls while diagnosing because at times the connection that was building breaks in between.
