I tested positive in July 2022 and post recovering from covid kept feeling weak. On testing, amongst other tests, my GP had advised me to undergo my HB1AC count was 13.5. The initial diabetologist that I consulted instructed me to get on insulin immediately and a few other medications, among other things, as I could be headed toward a sugar coma. I then as a second opinion, reached out to Dr.Mikhil Kothari, and I am glad I did. He was informative and told me first to stay calm and explained what causes diabetes and how simple lifestyle changes can make a difference. Within the first week, I was off the medicine and leave alone insulin. Today is the three-month mark, and my HB1AC came in at 6.1. A note for the ones reading this, blindly follow his advice irrespective of how severe or not your condition is. You are in good hands, and in today's day and age, where most Doctors keep you waiting endlessly, he is right there for you like a friend. Good luck!

Hii My father was a patient and was getting treated under Dr.Nikhil Kothari Sir.My Fathers Sugar level was very high n was around 560 after meals.After the treatment of Dr.Nikhil Kothari Sir it came to control to 400 to 360 and treatment is still going on.I m happy beacuse my fathers Diabetic value is getting in Normal range .Dr.Kothari such a great Dr.being busy with all other work always attends n coordinates us whenever we call him too.Will be always thankful to u Dr. 🙏🏻

He is very humble in his approach and knowledgeable about my illness also he is always available on whats app to answer any doubts or queries. I thank God for giving me such a gem of a person.

My husband had sudden fever that did not reduce even after Dolo. I reached out to Dr. Mikhil at 5:30 in the morning bcos my husband started getting shivers. Dr Mikhil not only answered my calls but also suggested tests. The reports showed dengue +ve. And the treatment began under Dr Mikhil. As I write this, my husband has recovered well.
