Visited Dr. Kathleen Mathew (General Physician)
I’d like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kathleen, who is based in Mumbai, for helping me recover from pneumonia through online consultation — even while I was residing in Australia.
From the very first interaction, Dr. Kathleen ************ *** **** **** ******* ********* *** **** * ***** *** compassionate approach to diagnosis and treatment. She took the time to explain the nature of the infection in simple, understandable terms, including how pneumonia develops, the symptoms to monitor, and the importance of timely medication.
What truly stood out was her ability to explain the treatment plan step by step — the reason behind each prescribed medication, expected side effects, how the infection progresses, and lifestyle precautions to support faster recovery. Her calm, reassuring manner gave me immense confidence throughout the process.
Despite the geographical distance and time zone difference, Dr. Kathleen was consistently responsive and thorough in follow-ups. She closely monitored my recovery, adjusted the treatment plan when needed, and made sure I stayed informed and at ease.
Thanks to her medical expertise and attentive care, I made a full recovery. It’s rare to come across a doctor who combines clinical precision with such compassionate communication — and I feel lucky to have received her care remotely.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and patient-centric medical support, even from afar.
Visited Dr. Neelima Mantri (Obstetrician)
Dr. Neelima Mantri I met her at Bombay Hospital and in the very first meet i was very confident to go over with her for my treatment. She was very quick in diagnostic of my problem called endometriosis and very straight in the kind of treatment it required. She explained me all the details for causes and treatment of endometriosis. She explained me the entire process right from minute details of my surgery, the complications, the side effects of medicine and treatment everything. * ***** *** *** ** *** **** ************ *** *** ***** ** *** *** ***** ********* I am still undergoing treatment with her. *** ** ***** she is professional, she is awesome.
Visited Dr. Avya Bansal (Pulmonologist) For Fibrosis of LungDiabetes complications
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfaction
Dr Avya Bansal is one of the very few doctors my Father is so happy to visit. We had to hospitalise him in the ICU for many complications due to Covid that he was earlier diagnosed with. My father was a complicated case who not only had post Covid complications but also highly Diabetic and also has had a bypass done along with newly developed TB during Covid. Dr Bansal has always been prompt in responses and has been extremely patient with my father and also with all relatives. He is approachable, very professional and ensures his patient is well taken care off. He has always given answer to all questions during appointments and has ensured his patient is not kept waiting to see him. Words fall short to thank Dr Bansal for what he has done with my dad who could not even walk due to weakness and now is healthy man and recovery is constant.
Thank You Doc!

*** ***** ****** ** *** *** ** *** **** ****** ** *** ****** ******** * he is specialised in Covid treatment. As I observed he have sheer determination towards the treatment of patients ! Regardless of all that hassle , he always tried to make the patient ‘s family feel secure by persistently sharing their (patient) condition status . During my brother’s Covid recovery journey , I was so hopeful after looking at the fully recovered patients treated by him . In this Covid situation I highly recommend to approach him.
