I visited Dr.Sonawalla after visiting 4-5 Psychiatrist and Psychologist and having exhausted most of my savings at a time when I was going through the most difficult phase of my life. I have never experienced such intense Anxiety and Depression & Regular headaches, due to low self-esteem, work stress and pressure which made it worse. I never imagined my life to be in a situation where simple things like talking to friends & family, getting up from my bed and leaving home for work or even talking to my colleagues at work would seem like a big challenge due to constant negative overthinking.
