The Thought Co. is an organization that works towards mental and emotional wellness for all. Established in 2013, The Thought Co. (TTC) has consistently provided reliable information and assistance for those with emotional distress. Our primary goal is providing comprehensive mental health care, and we achieve this through our various therapeutic modalities such as individual counseling, group counseling, support groups, workshops, and psychometric assessments for individuals, couples, and families. At TTC our team comprises of Clinical Psychologists, Counseling Psychologist and Psychiatrists that cater to the needs and concerns of a changing society. We understand that with the evolution of society ones’ needs and requirements have changed, our team has specifically trained to cater to these needs and we continue to constantly update ourselves on the latest therapeutic techniques to better serve our clients and society. Situated at the heart of Mumbai, Lower Parel, this organization serves as a peaceful space amongst the chaos of the skyscrapers around it. The warmness and fluidity of the space coupled with the experience of the therapists make it easier for clients to experience catharsis and overcome their emotional barriers, thereby enabling clients to lead fuller lives.
