thorough checkup and detailed description of the current status. they have an excellent process with a checklist on things to look for, which i did not have at my previous dentist.

i should add that she's a personal friend. but i switched only after i saw some really amazing work she's done. the actual work on cavities begins on the next appointment. i'll update or post another review soon :)

I had to wait for 30 mins before my appointment could start.... I asked the staff as to why I was asked to wait and den I was informed dat der was a patient dat required immediate attention.. I would appreciate if I would b informed proactively about the same. I dnt mind waiting provided I know the reason for the same. Apart from dis my overall experience was great at d clinic due to which I am ignoring the waiting part and rating it 5 stars :-) The staff is polite and courteous.. Great Doctor, know him since long. Very methodical, process oriented and explains the dental procedure patiently while taking your queries.
