In view of past history and my experience with a few doctors in Mumbai I was a bit apprehensive before my first consult. I had to take an online consultation due to the ongoing Covid-19 lockdown. To my delight, I found Dr. Preethi not only professional but also quite easy to talk to about my past history. She was patient, extremely supportive and answered all my queries. She responded to my messages and calls in timely manner and contacted me personally after lab results- which was a great relief during the lockdown.She didn't rush me into any kind of medication. I had a chance to fully understand the pros and cons of her advice and even discuss with our family doctors who are in a different city, before coming to a decision. Her treatment made me feel reassured and confident that I was in a safe pair of hands.
